Total Dhamaal actress Esha Gupta’s obsession for all things gluten free!

Bollywood actresses are a stickler for diets. So when it comes to food, the Rustom actress is gung ho about all things . She tells Bombay Times, “The main reason I stay away from gluten is because I have an allergy issues. If I have gluten I get skin rashes.”
This is exactly the reason the actress has stocked her home in Mumbai with all-things gluten free. “My friends keep asking me where do I get all these food supplies from. I have a very good collection. In fact before the lockdown was announced I saw to it that I had good supplies of gluten free food. I always have pasta, quinoa, noodles etc. I always cook food and finish it off. I don’t have stale food and processed food,” says the actress who does intermittent fasting. “I usually skip my breakfast. I do workout and straight go for lunch.”
During the lockdown, Esha was living all by herself in her Mumbai apartment. Her family stays in Delhi. In such times, Esha is happy that her friendly neighbours took good care of her. “They were so sweet, they used send food to me at so many occasions. Like many, the way to my heart is through my stomach too,” she signs off.
